Keep Calm and Exercise

We are fast approaching the end of the current term and the sun has finally got his hat on! Over at PL HQ we've been putting everyone through there paces for the last few weeks with our side lying exercises getting those legs toned ready for when the weather really starts to warm up ( fingers crossed it will) and holiday season begins. Feedback has been great and all our clients have really worked hard especially with those 'frogs' that I threw into the mix, I know you love them really! Classes will re open in the next week on the website for the next term so don't forget to sign back up, we've also been discussing summer classes and dates will be posted very soon.

In the meantime - keep calm and of course Pilates on.
